His qualifications include project identification, to FÉED Engineering, to bid/close on $450 million EPCM contracts, to detailed design, to training, commissioning, startup, optimization of sour gas and heavy oil facilities, – Mr. Tighe has taken a lead role in every step required to bring projects of this scale to fruition in a timely and cost effective manner.

In addition, he has provided services as an independent financial consultant. Mr. Brimacombe is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Alberta.
Director Mr. Hilekes has been a long term private equity advisor to several start-up companies. Currently, Mr. Hilekes sits on the Boards of Directors of various Swiss equity financed companies. He holds an MBA in International Business Studies from Thunderbird, School of Global Management in Arizona. He is a director of Zentrum Energie Trust AG, a Zug based private equity fund that has accumulated substantial oil and gas assets through acquisition and financing of projects over the last five years.

Mr. Majcher brings his unique management and operational skills into his ongoing financial career. He has served as both executive and non-executive Board member for international companies such as Baron Group and China Investment Fund acting as a lead executive in their business operations. As an Advisor to Sparx Group, he identified new strategies, capital sources, and private equity opportunities for the Group. Mr. Majcher is also an advisor to a senior member of the Qatar Royal Family, adding to his knowledge of the Oil and Gas sector
Director – independent -A leading international lawyer, Balbir Bindra is an English and Hong Kong law qualified solicitor and a graduate of the University of Southampton and Edinburgh Business School. Before joining Ince & Co as Partner, Structured Asset Finance and Alternative Investments, he previously headed the international finance group in Hong Kong of Paris-based international law firms, Gide Loyrette Nouel and U.S. law firm, Sidley Austin.
