[header]The first Annual Report releases what has been proven and the stage is set for development.[/header] It includes the development strategy for the coming years and the financial summary of the company as of March 31, 2013.
There are four targets that CEC North Star has chosen Oil and Gas Development. The primary target is the Elkton Erosional Edge that has been the work focus of the previous year. CEC North Star will follow through with the other targets during the following years and described in the Annual Report.
